My Story

I founded Make it Memorable consulting in 2019 to leverage my 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense Markets. I have always had passion for teaching and now I share my knowledge and experiences gained to help accelerate other individuals, leaders and teams drive their careers and companies growth.

Before founding Make it Memorable I was the Vice President and Managing Director, Americas for Rockwell Collins, a division of the company’s International and Service Solutions. In this role I was responsible for operations, facilities and business development of commercial and government products, systems and services in North America (outside of the U.S.), Central and South America. I was also responsible for the Global Service Solutions Business Development.

I was a 28-year employee of Rockwell Collins and held several positions in business development & program management. Prior to being promoted to Vice President, I was the Senior Director of Sales and Business Development Operations where I was responsible for the global pursuit and orders capture of new business for Government Systems with a combined order intake of around $3 billion a year.

I am native of the United Kingdom and came to the United States in 1999. I am based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and has been a citizen of the United States of America since 2007. I have an HNC in Electronic Engineering from the University of Reading, and hold ONC’s in Computer Science and Telecommunications
